TAYLOR WATTS

Yoga Instructor

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2010. Yoga has had a huge impact in my life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, which is ultimately why I felt called to share this practice with others and became a teacher. I currently teach power, vinyasa, hatha flow, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. I teach all levels, but prefer to keep things as beginner friendly as possible with up-level options available. My primary focus regardless of which discipline I teach is to help people leave with a regulated nervous system and a sense of peace.

JASMINE CORMIER

Yoga Instructor

I began teaching yoga back in 2015 and it changed the trajectory of my life. It's helped me bring wellness to those around me, on and off the mat. My favorite styles to teach are power vinyasa and yoga sculpt, and I love being able to bring in intuitive healing modalities such as EFT and Reiki to wellness workshops. My goal for teaching yoga is to help others restore their mind-body connection and remember that their inner work is just as important as the outer.

DAISY MARTINEZ

Yoga Instructor

I discovered yoga by dropping in a free community class in 2013. I realized that up until that moment, I’d never experienced a collective practice, peace, and connection. From there, I’ve spent years exploring yoga studios all over the country. I fell in love with the idea of holding space for others to reach that level of peace that I felt in my first class. I love teaching yogic philosophy as well as fiery power classes.

RACHEL SEELEY

Yoga Instructor

Yoga found me at a time when I needed it most. It gave me space to connect with my body and breath, regulate my nervous system, and build strength and confidence both on and off my mat. Yoga drives me towards my edge while also allowing me the grace to accept myself where I'm at. It's a constant push and pull between goal setting and gratitude. I believe everyone should have access to tools, like yoga, that allow them to connect with their authentic selves and help regulate their bodies in our turbulent world.
